Segun Ogunyannwo is the Founder and Director of Training of Mediation Training Institute. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Initiative for African Peace (AfriPeace), the International Institute of Leadership and Governance and a number of other local and international organizations. He is also co-founder of the Conflict Management and Leadership Training institute, Canada.

Segun is a Fellow and member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and the Director of Training for ICMC. He is named on the Panel of Neutrals of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse (AMDC). He is also an Ambassador for Peace under the International Peace Federation.

Segun was privileged to have written the proposal to the US Embassy for the establishment of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) and served as the first in-house mediator and member of the LMDC Steering Committee. He also facilitated the establishment of the Kano and Uyo Multi-Door Courthouses and serves as Consultant on the projects. He is the founder and head of training of Mediation Training Institute, Nigeria and a co-founder of Conflict Management and Leadership Training Institute (CMALTI), Canada – an Institute committed to providing requisite skills for effective leadership, for managing differences and for building and sustaining relationships.

Segun is a Member, Panel of Neutrals of the Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse (AMDC); Member, Board of Trustees of Afri-Peace; Member, Governing Council of ICMC; Member, Consultative Roundtable of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA); Member, Board of Trustees of the Network of African Peace-builders (NAPS) and the Managing Partner, Conflict Management Consult Limited. He also serves as Member, Panel of Neutrals of the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC).
